Pictured here is an earth block with zero earth's. Contractors before have firstly installed the lights with no earth then the next person has installed the intercom at a later date presuming the lighting box was earthed. They attached their earth to the top of the box which would be fine if the box was earth, but it was not. We attached a new earth from the lighting box the earth block to make safe
